Vanilla Banana Cake Recipe

Who doesn’t love a good cake after a long day? An enhanced version of traditional Banana Cake (Kek Pisang Vanila), holds its fruity taste of banana yet with hints of vanilla fragrant provided by SERI-AJI^® Banana Fritter Flour, create the perfect blend for a snack that is beloved of all ages, and is eaten at all months of the year regardless of the festive season.

Castor Sugar	40 g
Brown Sugar	85 g
Eggs	2
SERI-AJI® Banana Fritter Flour	100 g
Bicarbonate Soda Powder	¼ tsp
Baking Powder	1 tsp
Banana, mashed 2 and sliced 1	3

Method

Prepare a baking mould and line it with baking paper. Keep aside.
Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until the eggs are fluffy.
Mix all the other ingredients together with SERI-AJI^® Banana Fritter Flour except for the sliced banana.
Put the mixture into the baking mould and arrange the banana slices on top.
Preheat the oven to 170˚C. Pour the banana cake mix in the mould and bake for 40 minutes.
Ready to serve.
