- Put beef and water in a pot and boil until soft. Add more water if necessary. Set it aside, keep the broth.
- Heat oil and ghee, add cinnamon, star anise, cloves and cardamom in a wok. After the smell rises, add the ingredients (A) and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Add red onion, ground chilli and gulai daging spices, stir-fry until the oil rises.
- Add beef, broth, coconut milk, potatoes, palm sugar and tamarind slice. Stir well.
- Stir in toasted grated coconut.
- Season with TUMIX® and AJI-NO-MOTO®, stir well. Let it boil and slightly thickened.
- Ready to be served.
