Peanuts, fried without oil, and skin removed
Palm Sugar, finely chopped
Bird eye's Chilies
Long Bean, cut into 2 inches length wise
Young Papaya (half-ripe), deseeded, grated lengthwise and thinly sliced
Tomatoes, diced cut
Lime, cut and juice squeezed
Put the dried shrimp, peanut, palm sugar and garlic into a mortar and mash until smooth.
Add the bird eye’s chili and long bean pound coarsely.
Add young papaya, tomato, fish sauce and lime juice. Mix well.
