Chinese Parsley (leaves and stems)	180 g
Green Bird's Eye Chilies	32 pcs
Garlic	100 g
Water	150 ml
Fish Sauce	120 g
Sugar	100 g

Method

Add “AJINOMOTO” Lime Seasoning Powder, AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS and all other ingredients into a blender.
Blend until well combined, keeping some texture.
Transfer sauce to a small bowl, ready to use.

Note:

Suggest to serve it with grilled chicken or any preferred grilled meats.
Dilution ratio of “AJINOMOTO” Lime Seasoning Powder = 1 : 3 (Powder : Water) for lime-like intensity.
