Sauce Ingredients

Plum Sauce	350 g
Ginger Flower, minced	40 g
Garlic, minced	15 g
Bird’s Eye Chili, minced	5 g
Chinese Parsley, minced	1 g
Lime	2 nos

Method

Mix SERI-AJI^® Seasoned Flour and AJlezi^™ Meat Juicy Up with water to make a batter. Coat the chicken with batter, keep in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Combine SERI-AJI^® Tom Yam Paste Seasoning, plum sauce, ginger flower, garlic, bird eyes chili, Chinese parsley, and lime juice. Mix well.
Coat marinated chicken with additional flour. Fry in hot oil until golden, crispy, and cooked through (5-7 minutes). Drain excess oil.
Place fried chicken on a plate. Drizzle with Zesty Blossom sauce and garnish with mandarin orange, sliced red onion, and red chili. Ready to serve.

做法

将 SERI-AJI^® 原味香脆炸粉和 AJIezi^™ Meat Juicy Up 和水混合成面糊。用面糊裹住鸡肉，放入冰箱腌制2 小时或隔夜。
将 SERI-AJI^® 冬炎酱 、梅子酱、南姜花、大蒜、小米椒、香菜和青柠汁混合，搅拌均匀。
将腌好的鸡肉再裹上一层炸粉。在热油中炸至金黄酥脆并完全熟透 (约 5-7 分钟)。沥干多余的油。
将炸好的鸡肉放在盘子上，淋上柑橘花香酱，撒上橘子、红洋葱丝和红辣椒丝装饰。即可食用。
