Rock Melon	1 slice
Honey Dew	1 slice
Mango 1	1
Red Carrot	1 medium
Golden Pear	1
Pomegranate	1
Mandarin Orange	1

Ingredients: (A) Sauce

Item	Cost
Apricot Sauce	4 tbsp
Lemon Juice	4 tbsp
Olive Oil	4 tbsp
PAL SWEET® Low-Calorie Sweetener	4 sachets

Method

Cut all the fruits into julienne except pomegranate and mandarin orange.
Arrange all the fruits onto a plate.
Combine ingredients (A) with PAL SWEET^® to form passion fruit sauce.
Pour the sauce onto the fruits and vegetable, mix well and ready to serve.

Tips: May add peanuts and sesame seeds for more deliciousness.
