Smoked Chicken, cube	60 g
Dried Shrimp, soak, drain & fry	30 g
Spring Onion, slice	20 g
SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 72g	1 pack
Soy Sauce	Enough
Oyster Sauce	5 g
Dark Soy Sauce	5 g

Method

Blanch asparagus, carrot, corn, and red capsicum in boiling water. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok. Sauté smoked chicken, shiitake mushrooms, and dried shrimp until fragrant.
Push the mixture to one side, add a bit more oil, scramble the eggs on the other side, then mix together with the white rice.
Season with SERI-AJI^® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 72g, soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir well to evenly coat the rice.
Add the blanched vegetables and chestnut, mixing thoroughly until fragrant.
Garnish with spring onion and ready to serve.
