Ingredients

Water	2.2 litres
Ginseng Root	3 g
Dried Scallops	10
Chicken, cut into pieces	½
Red Dates	10
Goji Berry	1 tbsp
TUMIX® Chicken Stock	2 ½ tbsp

Method

Blanch chicken pieces to remove fat.
In a bowl, add in all the ingredients except seasoning, steam around 30 minutes.
Season with TUMIX^® Chicken Stock, serve warm.
