Lou Han Zai (Vegetarian Delight) Recipe

A vegetarian dish with a rich blend of flavours. It is suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients

Japanese Mustard	200 g
Button Mushroom	½ can
Young Corn	½ can
Straw Mushroom	½ can
Preserved Red Beancurd	1
Glass Noodle, soak in water	10 g
Cooking Oil	2 tbsp
Potato Starch, mix with some water	½ tbsp

INGREDIENTS (A):

Black Mushroom, soak in water	3
Dried Black Fungus, soak in water	10 g
Carrot, cut into small size	50 g
Tau Fu Pok, sliced	3 pcs
AJI-NO-MOTO®	1 tsp
AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper	1 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce	½ tsp
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce	2 tbsp
Water	200 ml

Cut and clean the Japanese mustard, then blanch it over boiling water and place it around plate. Keep aside.
Slice the button mushroom, young corn and straw mushroom into fingerling size.
Cut black mushroom and black fungus into small pieces.
Heat oil, sauté button mushroom, young corn, straw mushroom and red beancurd. Stir well.
Add in all ingredients (A), AJI-NO-MOTO^® and AJI-SHIO^®, stir until well cooked.
Lastly add in glass noodle and thicken it with potatoes starch mixture.
Plate the dishes in the middle of Japanese mustard. Serve warm.
