All unused points will be forfeited automatically.
No extensions, cash conversion, or point transfers are allowed.
Redemption orders will be processed within 14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after confirmation.

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the Ajinomoto Food Biz webstore: https://www.ajinomotofoodbizpartner.com.my/shop/
As part of our commitment to improving service and streamlining operations, the Food Biz webstore will be permanently closed effective 1st August 2025.
Please take note of the following Terms & Conditions related to your membership and points:
1. WEB STORE CLOSURE DATE
1.1. The last day to place any order through the webstore is 11:59 pm, 31st July 2025.
2. MEMBERSHIP POINTS REDEMPTION
2.1. All existing Food Biz members may redeem their accumulated points for selected products and premium listed in the redemption catalog.
2.2.Redemption is valid until 11.59pm, 31st August 2025.
2.3.Any unused points after this date will be automatically forfeited, with no extensions, cash conversions, or transfers allowed.
2.4.The redemption products and premium will be processed for delivery on business days only (i.e., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) within 2 weeks from the date of redemption confirmation. Standard delivery fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
3. ALTERNATIVE ORDERING CHANNELS
3.1. After the webstore closure, you may continue to purchase Ajinomoto products via the following platforms:
a) Ajinomoto Official Stores
■ Shopee
■ Lazada
b) Authorised Distributor Platforms
4. CHANGES TO TERMS
4.1. Ajinomoto reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these terms and conditions from time to time, including, without limitation, making necessary revisions, amendments or updates to reflect changes in the law, our business practices, procedures and the community ’ s developing expectations. The latest version of this terms and conditions will always be available on this page.
